Has art taken life out of the artist and claimed it as its own? Flat though this work may be, it nonetheless pulls me in. I wonder if it is waiting to claim yet more victims to imbue it with intrigue, seductive sensibilities and wants? Everywhere there is intelligent appraisal and questioning interrogation of the viewer. This work will take what it wants and needs from the viewer to complete itself. It is calculating and intentional, precise and persistent. Wearing pearls adds to their luster. So to, do the viewers add to this work
